Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Carloré (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use our website and submit an enquiry, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

Carloré is the data controller for the information you provide. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@carlore.co. Our full registered company details will be added here once Carloré AB is incorporated.

2. What we collect

When you submit the buyer intake form, we collect only what you choose to give us:

We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Vercel) to count visits and see which pages and sources are working — it doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other sites, and doesn’t collect personal data. We don’t use advertising trackers, and we set only the essential cookies needed to run the site — so there’s still no cookie banner to click through.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you’d like, to source a car for you. Our legal basis is your consent (given by ticking the box on the form) together with the steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Who can see it

We keep access tight. Your data may be handled by:

We never sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to help you source a car and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete it, we will — see your rights below.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

To exercise any of these, email hello@carlore.co and we’ll respond promptly.

7. Complaints

If you’re in Sweden or the EU and believe we’ve mishandled your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
